  1. Always always always recommend more muslins squares than you think you would ever need and a baby carrier for when ypu need to nip in somewhere but don’t want to faff with a pram!

  13. Georgie loved her vtech light up lamb that plays lullabies and cycles through relaxing lights – it’s now been handed down to Sqiudge and is awaiting his/her arrival in the crib!

    You can never have enough bibs and wipes ! Buy as many as you can they will always come in use even when they are older :)

    For a new baby it has to be Huggies cotton soft sheets – so much better than cotton wool
    For a slightly older baby it has to be the jumperoo – you can get so much done while the little bounces away.

  26. muslin cloths, I have been through so many of these when my baby was little they are great for mopping up all sorts of things, I would never be without them.
    Sleeping bags are also a good buy to keep baby snug all night.
